13. Post content with prepayment or bank transfer options
14. Posting public content
15. Publish several articles in one advertisement
16. Using personal photos for account photos and store accounts
2-6 Any advertisement/post, message or comment, if it is public or private that contains one or more of the prohibited contents below, will be deleted as soon as a snapshot of it has been identified and/or notified in writing about it. Logta reserves the right to permanently delete the user's account, blacklist the account and/or report the content and user information to the appropriate legal authorities or authority:
1. Alcoholic beverages, liquor, illegal tobacco products, drugs, illegal psychotropic substances, narcotic stimulants of any kind, illegal drugs, analgesic and/or therapeutic substances. 2-7 Loqta reserves the right to delete any advertisement that it deems, at Loqta’s discretion, to be inappropriate, unwanted or prohibited. Selling animals without a license from the relevant authorities may be a crime in some countries (including the United Arab Emirates, as this prohibited according to applicable laws). The cat has the right to remove any advertisement related to the sale of animals, or to request that the advertiser obtain a copy of a valid license to sell animals. If the advertiser was asked to provide Logta with a copy of this license for any reason and the advertiser did not provide it within the period specified by Logta, then Logta has the right to remove any advertisement immediately.
3- Value Added Services (“VAS”) and online purchases
3-1 Loqta offers a variety of value-added services where users can pay a non-refundable fee to have their ads posted in selected locations on the platform, thus increasing the odds of seeing ads. To purchase a paid advertising service, you may be required to submit certain information through a third party service provider, a third party platform, which may be subject to their own terms of use and other policies. Logta makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety or security of information transmitted to any third party platform. YOUR LINKING TO ANY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND LAQTA DISCLAIMS FROM ALL LIABILITY RELATING TO THESE.
3-2 Logta offers a variety of other paid services and products where users can pay a non-refundable fee to post a higher number of ads, stop ads or any other type of service as described upon purchase on the Platform. In order to purchase any paid product or service, you may be required to submit certain information through a third party service provider, third party platform, which may be subject to their own terms of use and other policies. Logta makes no representations or warranties as to the safety or security of information transmitted to any Third Party Platform, and your linking to any Third Party Platform is entirely at your own risk and Logta disclaims all liability thereto.
4- Snapshot wallet
Logta Wallet is a prepaid system used on the Logta platform that allows registered users to purchase credit or points that can be used to purchase services or products offered by Logta. The balance or points within the Logta wallet may not be exchanged for money and do not generate interest or profits and cannot be refunded. The purchased balance or points expire automatically after one year from the date of purchase if they are not used and you are deemed to have agreed to that and agreed that:
1. Only registered users are eligible to purchase credit and use Logta wallet.
2. All purchases of the balance in the snapshot wallet are final and irreversible and are not entitled to refund.
3. Logta reserves the right to stop the sale of Logta Wallet credits and/or change the cost, as well as the manner in which a registered user can purchase, store and/or use Logta Wallet credits at Logta's sole discretion.
4. The conversion rate commission can reach 6%, which may be added to online payments and to convert the local currency from the base currency, which is the US dollar.
5. The registered user has the right to use Logta wallet balance to purchase any of VAS products and services and services from Logta or any other services that may be available in the future.
6. Registered users are not entitled to use Loqta wallet balance to purchase products and services that are not offered by Loqta or to purchase materials or services that are posted by other users on Loqta.
7. The registered user is not entitled to transfer the balance of the Opensooq wallet to another user on Opensooq.
8. Logta wallet balance expires after one year from the date of purchase. Once a user's account becomes inactive or is deactivated or otherwise terminated, all Logta Wallet balances, if any, will be automatically forfeited. Logta reserves the right to confiscate any Logta wallet balance that is believed to have been purchased or acquired directly or indirectly through fraudulent or illegal means without the need to provide notice and Logta shall not be liable in any way.
9. If Noqta believes or has reasonable evidence that a User has violated any of these rules, other Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy, Noqta has the right to: (a) block the use of User's Noqta Wallet Balance; and/or (b) delete and/or modify the Listing, Paid Ads and/or Postings without the need to provide any prior notice.
10. By using Logta Wallet, you agree to:

13. Logta has the right to conduct an audit of the user's Logta wallet accounts in order to investigate system errors or confirm any reported or potential violation of these terms and conditions or any of Logta's policies, rules and regulations.
14. Logta must be notified of any dispute related to Logta wallet within twenty four (24) hours from the time the problem was discovered by the user.
15. User irrevocably waives all claims against Snapshot.
5- Behavior
You agree not to post, email, host, display, upload, modify, publish, transfer, update or otherwise share any information on the Platform or otherwise make available Content:
1. Violation of any law or regulation
2. is protected by copyright, patent, trade secret or trademark, or otherwise subject to the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of a third party, including rights of privacy and publicity, unless you are the owner of such rights or have a permission or license from its rightful owner to post the material and to grant Snapshot all license rights granted herein;
3. infringes any of the foregoing intellectual property rights of any party, or is Content that you do not have a right to provide under any law, regulation, or contractual or fiduciary relationship;
4. Be harmful, abusive, illegal, threatening, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, represent any kind of child sexual abuse, defamatory, intrude on the privacy or rights of others, or spread hatred, racism, or is racially objectionable, defamatory and/disparaging to others, related to money laundering or gambling, is in any way harmful or harmful to minor children, or is otherwise unlawful;

13. Which includes links to commercial services or third party platforms except as specifically permitted by Logta.
14. Those that advertise any illegal services or sell any goods the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including without limitation, items the sale of which is prohibited or regulated by applicable law in your local jurisdiction;
15. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, telecommunications equipment or any other computer resource;
16. Those that disrupt the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive number of messages (flood attack) to the Service, or that adversely affect the ability of other users to use the Service; or
17. Content that uses misleading email addresses, forged headers or other identifiers that have been manipulated in order to disguise the origin of Content sent through the Service.

5. Post content outside the local area or unrelated to the local area, repeatedly post the same or similar content, or impose unreasonable or disproportionately large loads on Logta servers and our other infrastructure;
6. Posting the same material or service in multiple categories or forums, or in multiple regions and/or cities and/or neighborhoods;
7. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to computer systems owned or controlled by Logta or engage in any activity that disrupts, reduces the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Service or the Platform;
8. Use any form of automated device or computer program (sometimes referred to as “tagging tools”) that enables the use of a snapshot tagging system or other societal control system without each flag being entered manually by a human initiating intervention knowing ("automated flagging device"), or using any such tagging tool to remove posts from competitors, other third parties or to remove posts without reasonable good faith that a post is being flagged in violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation by it;
9. Use any automated device or software that enables the automatic submission of postings on Snapshot without human intervention or authoring ("automated posting device"), including without limitation, use of any automated posting device in connection with bulk postings or the automatic submission of postings at certain times or periods of time; or
10. Any content you upload is subject to relevant laws and may be disabled or deleted and/or may be subject to investigation under appropriate laws. Moreover, if it appears that, in the event of non-compliance with the laws and regulations, these terms or the privacy policy of the platform, it is entitled to suspend your account and / or block your access to our platforms or services and reserves the right to remove any incompatible content uploaded by you without any advance notice, and Logta shall not be liable in any way.
6- Paid publications
Snapshot may charge a fee for posting content for some Services. Fees allow certain content to be posted in a specific area of the Platform. Each party posting Content on the Platform or Service is responsible for said Content and compliance with the Terms. Any fees paid under this Agreement are non-refundable if any Content is removed from the Service for violation of these Terms.
In the event that any user does not pay all the amounts owed by him at the times agreed upon with Loqta, Loqta has the right, at its sole and sole discretion, to block the service and/or prevent the user from accessing the platform, even if the user does not partially pay the amounts owed by him.
7- Notification of violations claims
Logta is not responsible for any infringement of copyright and/or other intellectual property rights, arising from materials posted on or transmitted through the Platform, or materials advertised on the Platform by users or any other third parties.
If you are the owner of the intellectual property rights or an agent who is fully authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property rights and you believe that any Content infringes the intellectual property right or the intellectual property right of the owner on whose behalf you are acting, you can submit a notice to Logta to delete the relevant content in good faith. Logta’s cooperation shall not be considered in any way as an acknowledgment of its responsibility, in whole or in part, for any such violation, and the notification and request must contain the following information:
1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

Notifications shall be sent to Snapshot via the Help Center or Contact Us section.
This article has important legal consequences for you. In this article you assume risks, responsibilities and accountability. This may result in you being punished under applicable criminal laws and/or becoming financially liable to OpenSooq and/or other persons for additional amounts. You understand and agree that sending unsolicited email advertisements or other unsolicited communications to OpenSooq users, email addresses, or through OpenSooq's computer systems is expressly prohibited by these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that Opensooq may monitor usage from time to time using human monitors or automated programs to flag certain words associated with spam or scams sent from one user to another in Opensooq systems, services and platforms, whether public or private. Communication between you and another user takes place using the communication features available on the Service and the Platform and may be used only in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any unauthorized use of Opensooq computer systems is a violation of these Terms and certain applicable laws, in particular and without limitation to the cybercrime laws of any applicable law. The sender or its agents may be subject to civil and criminal penalties. Please note that the Cybercrime Law carries heavy penalties including imprisonment. In the event that you intend to solicit or contact our users by obtaining any information, email or phone numbers from our platform, we may report this behavior to the relevant authorities, who then decide to prosecute you under the relevant country laws.
9- Limiting and terminating the service

You acknowledge and agree that Logta has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or terminate your access to or use of the Service (or any part thereof) immediately and without notice and disable or Discontinue any Value Added Services (“VAS”) and online purchases, and remove and deprecate any content within the Service for reason or no reason. Further, to the extent permitted by law, you agree that Snapshot shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Platform or the Services.
10. The ability to accept the Terms of Service
This platform is intended for adults only and you are eligible to contract in accordance with applicable laws. If you are using and/or accessing this Platform as a representative of any person/entity, you represent that you are legally authorized to represent that person/entity. Minors are allowed to access the Platform and use the Service if they have the consent of their legal representatives or if it is a business or transaction that is normal and acceptable in civil life and practice. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, an emancipated minor, or have the legal consent of a parent or guardian, and that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, undertakings, agreements, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms. If you are a minor and wish to contact us, you may only do so through your parent or legal guardian.
11- Referral
You may not transfer or assign these Terms and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, but may be assigned by Logta without restriction. Any transfer or assignment made by you shall be null and void.
12- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPERTY RIGHTS ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Logta, its officers, employees and agents, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Platform and your use thereof. Logta makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content of the Platform or the content of any third party platforms linked to the Platform and assumes no responsibility or liability for any (i) errors or inaccuracies in the content or (ii) personal injury or property damage whatsoever The nature of which is caused by your access to and use of the Platform and the Service, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of the Snapshot servers and/or any and all Personal Information and/or financial information stored therein, (iv) any interruption or discontinuance of transmission to or from the Platform, ( v) any bugs or viruses, trojans or the like transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party, and/or (vi) any errors or omissions in any content or for any losses or damages of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, transmitted, e-mailed, transmitted, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Platform or the Service. Loqta does not warrant, endorse or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Platform or any linked platform or featured in any other logo or advertisement. Logta will not be a party to any transaction or in any way responsible for monitoring any transaction between you and other users and/or third party product or service providers. As with purchases of a product or service through any medium or in any environment, you should use your best judgment and exercise due caution. To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Logta, its directors, employees or agents be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages (even if Logta has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising from any Aspect of your use of the Platform or Service, including without limitation, whether damages arise from use or misuse of the Platform or Service, inability to use the Platform or Service, or interruption, suspension, modification, alteration, or termination of the Platform; the Service, (vii) errors or inaccuracies in content, (v) personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to and use of the Platform and the Service, (vi) any unauthorized access to our servers and/or any personal and/or financial information stored on that Platform and/or financial information stored therein, (vii) any interruption or interruption of transmission to or from the Platform, (viii) any errors, viruses, Trojans or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any party third, (9) any error or omission in any content, (10) any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Platform or the Service. Logta makes no representations or warranties that the Platform is suitable for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and risk, and are responsible for compliance with the law.
13- Limitation of liability
Neither Logta or its directors, employees or agents shall be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages (even if Logta has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising out of any aspect of your use of the Platform or Service, including BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICE, INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM OR SERVICE OR INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION OR TERMINATION OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICE. This limitation of liability applies in connection with damages arising from services or other products received through or advertised in connection with the Platform, the Service or any links on the Platform, as well as due to any information, opinions or advice received through or advertised In connection with the Platform, the Service or any links on the Logta website. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. You specifically acknowledge and agree that Logta will have no liability for User Submissions or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any User or third party and that the risk of damages or harm arising from the foregoing rests entirely with you. on you. You will indemnify us and waive us for any reasonable legal claim, demand or fees made by any third party arising out of or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, including any claim against us for intellectual property, your improper use of our Platform, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15-1 You agree that with respect to any claim or dispute at law or equity that has arisen, or may arise, between you and Logta (or any relevant third party) that is in any way related to the Terms, any such dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws of England and Wales without regard to the principles of conflict of laws.
15-2 You agree that any and all disputes or claims that have arisen, or may arise, between you and Logta (or any relevant third party) that in any way relate to or arise out of these Terms or your use of or access to our Platforms or Services, or The actions of Logta or its agents, or any products or services sold, provided or purchased through our services, such dispute will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than resorting to the courts. The arbitration will be conducted under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules as amended from time to time upon notice to the other party. The number of arbitrators shall be one, to be selected and appointed in accordance with the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be in the Dubai International Financial Centre. The language used in the arbitral proceedings is English.
15-3 If any provision of the Terms is held to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
15.4 Headings in these Terms are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of such material. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. We do not guarantee that we will take action against all violations of the Terms.
15-5 The terms, conditions and policies posted through our Services set out the entire understanding and agreement between you and Logta, and supersede all prior understandings and agreements of the parties.
15-6 The following Articles shall survive termination of these Terms; CONDUCT, DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND MISCELLANEOUS.
